It is super important to read full product description prior to purchase to ensure you are fully clear on sizing details.
Customers are able to return products for store credit within 14 days of delivery providing it is in original and brand new condition. Upon receiving and inspection of the item back at the workshop, after approval then, store credit may be utilised. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Clothing merchandise may be exchanged for an alternative size, as in-stock inventory allows OR store credit.
Returns on custom items is not something that is offered, as these are specially created and more often than not, specifically personalised pieces. Therefore, it is exceptionally important to ensure all sizing and design details and requests are super clear while placing your order.
Custom Orders
The books for custom orders open periodically throughout the year. You can keep an eye out via Facebook, Instagram and the website for space availability announcements. However, to show how much I appreciate you signing up, everyone on the emailing list will have the exclusive first insight into when the books will be opening!
Shop updates
You will be able to hear about exiting upcoming shop updates via Facebook, Instagram or on the website. However as always, to express my appreciation to those of you on the emailing list, you will have the advantage of first knowledge as to when the new, ready to ship products will be added to the online shop! Sometimes updates will be done as a collection of items and sometimes just one or two special pieces, so make sure you head over and join the emailing list!
Shipping and Tracking
All orders are shipped and tracked through Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be provided via email when your item has been shipped so you can watch your new treasure make its way to you! All ready to ship items head out once a week
